Shipping & Returns

Any order received before 3pm each working day (except Sunday) will be processed and delivered on the same working day.
When placing you order please ensure that you select the delivery time that suits you best.
If there is no one available to take in the order or make payment the order will be returned back to base.
Any complaints or returns will be dealt with immediately and the customer reimbursed for any product returned.
Please note that, since most items are freshly prepared, we may not be able to send exactly the amount ordered and the final price will probably be different from the one shown on screen.

How will I know the final cost of my order?
When your order is processed at the shop then exact weights and prices will be known.
A confirmation email will be sent to you showing the final price.
This price will differ from the original price by no more than 10%
Where will you deliver to?
We will currently deliver on-line orders around the South and West Yorkshire areas.
